Retail Properties

Within our centers, we’re continually striving to meet the needs of the community. With more emphasis on walkable, lifestyle oriented themes, we focus on features that enhance the enjoyment of the senses with fountains, artwork, fireplaces, and comfortable areas to gather and connect.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Breakwater Town Center

Located on the Silver Strand Highway approximately 1-mile from the beach, Breakwater Town Center creates an inviting gateway to Coronado and Imperial Beach. Opened in July 2017, the Center serves as a community meeting place for residents to gather and enjoy the outdoor environment. Beyond the shopping experience, which provides a national grocer and an assortment of specialty food restaurants. It also brings new goods and services to the area. This transformation has created a central community amenity that serves all area residents and has brought new and dynamic energy to the redeveloped area. An adjacent hotel is still in development with an expected opening in 2018.

Millenia

Currently under construction, Millenia is positioned to be the new epicenter of South County -- a fresh alternative to suburban and urban neighborhoods. Where economies, cultures and opportunities converge.  Landmark buildings, activity centers and plaza’s invite residents and visitors to enjoy the mix of goods and destination restaurants, including entertainment and a hotel. Public art and interactive parks will enrich the local experience and distinguish Millenia from surrounding communities. The Millenia town center will feature best-in-class dining and retail establishments, including many original and first-to-market concepts.

The Watermark
