Jeff Bradley straddles two worlds. As executive vice-president of Sudberry Properties Inc., the Rancho Bernardo resident oversees the development and marketing of major residential and commercial properties in San Diego County.

Bradley is also the president of Financiera de Esperanza — Bank of Hope — a nonprofit microfinance institution based in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. His business meetings there often take place in dwellings with dirt floors and no plumbing.

SAN DIEGO – Kaiser Permanente closed escrow yesterday on a 175,000-square-foot, six-story building in the Terraces at Copley Point in Kearny Mesa to provide expansion space for the health provider's specialty departments.

Terms were not disclosed by Kaiser or the developer, Sudberry Properties. But the county assessor-recorder-clerk's office said the value, based on property-transfer taxes, was about $53.3 million.

Market located in the Canyon Hills Marketplace in Lake Elsinore, California. The grand opening took place on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. The store opened for business at 9:00 a.m.

Tunnel will provide access to major commercial center for thousands of neighborhood residents.

SAN DIEGO – Sudberry Properties, Inc and H.G. Fenton Company have announced that they have reached an agreement, along with the City of San Diego, to enhance, open and maintain the pedestrian tunnel underneath Friars Road west of Qualcomm stadium near Fenton Marketplace. The tunnel is set to open July 29.

"The tunnel will significantly improve quality of life for thousands of residents currently living north of Friars Road," said Brian Schoenfisch, Senior Planner for the City of San Diego, "Instead of having to cross one of the city’s busiest roads, they will be able to safely walk or ride bikes through the tunnel to Ikea, Lowes, Costco, Islands, Oggi's Pizza, IHOP and many other shopping and restaurant destinations."
